Role & responsibilities
Solid knowledge of construction quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC).
Valuable understanding of infrastructure and road construction activities.
Knowledge of IS, IRC, MORTH and relevant project specifications/standards.
Ability to inspect and monitor earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, concrete, drainage, and other civil works.
Experience in material inspection, sampling, testing, and quality documentation.
Familiarity with ITP, Method Statements, Checklists, NCRs, MIRs, and inspection procedures.
Ability to review drawings, specifications, test reports, and quality records.
Knowledge of field and laboratory testing and interpretation of test results.
Robust attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
Good coordination skills with site teams, contractors, consultants, laboratories, and clients.
Understanding of ISO 9001 / Quality Management Systems is an advantage.
Solid reporting, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
