Responsibilities
Understand US requisitions, tech stacks, and work authorization requirements.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases using Boolean/X-ray searches.
Screen candidates on skills, experience, availability, location, rate, and visa status.
Submit quality profiles within agreed timelines and update the ATS accurately.
Coordinate with US recruiters and meet daily and weekly targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
6 months to 2 years in US IT staffing or technical sourcing.
Basic knowledge of IT technologies and US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types.
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean searching.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working night shifts.
Valuable to have: Experience with Bullhorn, Ceipal, or JobDiva.
