Scope of Work
Independently manage and supervise day-to-day laboratory operations.
Oversee sample processing, testing, quality control, and timely report generation.
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely delivery of test results.
Manage laboratory technicians, staff schedules, training, and performance.
Maintain laboratory equipment, coordinate servicing, and troubleshoot operational issues.
Manage reagents, consumables, inventory, and procurement requirements.
Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, safety standards, and applicable NABL guidelines.
Maintain quality control records, documentation, and audit readiness.
Monitor laboratory expenses, minimize wastage, and optimize operational efficiency.
Coordinate with management,



vendors, collection teams, and authorized reporting specialists.
Take complete ownership of smooth and effective laboratory functioning.

Qualification & Experience
BMLT / MMLT / MSc in relevant laboratory sciences.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience independently managing a diagnostic laboratory, including operations, staff supervision, quality control, and inventory management.
Solid technical knowledge, leadership skills, and problem-solving ability.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on, responsible, and experienced professional capable of independently running laboratory operations with minimal supervision.
