Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM IST | Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide L3-level technical support.
Install, configure, and maintain IT assets, printers, and audio-video devices.
Manage IT assets, vendors, and escalations effectively.
Oversee day-to-day IT operations while working as an individual contributor and team player.
Coordinate with server, network, and vendor teams during weekend activities, whenever required.
Ensure smooth IT operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience.
2–3 years of experience as an L3 Team Lead.
Solid hands-on experience in desktop support and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Experience in IT Asset Management, Vendor Management, and Escalation Management.
Knowledge of SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Office 365 (O365) is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
