Role & responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & social media.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Assist the recruitment team with daily hiring activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM/Graduation in HR or a related field

Positive communication and interpersonal skills

Solid interest in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals

Positive sourcing and candidate screening skills

Confident in communicating with candidates over phone/email

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Freshers are welcome; prior recruitment experience is an advantage

Immediate joiners preferred
