Key Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
Explain company products and services clearly to potential customers.
Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain customer databases and update call records.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the relevant teams.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Any graduate can apply.
Fresh graduates and candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are eligible.
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Valuable listening, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi; Telugu is an added advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Candidate Profile
