Roles and Responsibilities
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets resource allocation and risk management strategies.
Execution Oversight: Direct and monitor all phases of project execution ensuring compliance with design specifications building codes and safety standards.
Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams including engineers architects contractors and subcontractors to achieve project objectives effectively.
Budget Control: Manage project budgets track expenses and implement cost-control measures to ensure projects are completed within approved financial parameters.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure timely completion.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders including clients senior management and regulatory authorities providing updates on project progress challenges and milestones.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in (Civil) with 12- 18 years experience in Highrise & Institutional
Candidate shall be responsible for the Project Execution and operations according to the stipulated terms of the contract
Candidates experience with Contracting firm will be preferred
