PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES To manage the Plant & Machinery department efficiently by overseeing the operations, maintenance, and manpower management of all construction site equipment and machinery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cost-effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
16 -20 years of experience in handling plant & machinery department
Deep understanding of the working of Tower Crane, DG, Boom Pump, Hoist, Backhoe loaders, Telehandlers, Concrete Pump and all equipment in any typical construction site
Positive communication skills and interpersonal skills
Hold on MIS
Ability to handle ERP is an added advantage
A people's manager who can keep the motivation of the team members levels high
Deep understanding of the business exigencies and ability to translate business objectives into the objectives of the P&M; department




Deep understanding of the equipment, machinery, tools, parts that are required at various points in time to operate the P&M; department as well as the sites
Valuable in cost calculations, cost savings
Innovative
Mobilize the required man power for the operations of the vertical
Preferred to have worked few years in Regional or Head Office

PREFERRED PROFILE :

Education : B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical or relevant field

Experience : 16 - 20 years of experience in handling plant & machinery department ( Multiple projects )

Skills : ERP Knowledge and Positive in commutation
