Java Full Stack Developer – React Lead | Hyderabad / Bangalore

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer – React Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. If you have solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js, and enjoy leading teams as much as writing excellent code, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using Java and React.js
Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
Create responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Design and optimize data models and database queries on relational databases
Drive application architecture, code reviews, coding standards, and development best practices
Partner with product owners, architects, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical issues, and production defects




Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions

What You Bring (Must-Have)
9–13 years of IT experience in Java Full Stack Development
Solid hands-on experience in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Excellent experience in React.js and modern front-end development
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end integration
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
Good understanding of SQL databases and query optimization
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and other build tools
Knowledge of design patterns, OOP, and application architecture
Proven experience leading or guiding technical development teams
Solid problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Good to Have
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and application monitoring
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
