Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end client servicing for fitness studio partners—onboarding, CRM updates, contract renewals, and feedback resolution.
Drive revenue by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities through usage analytics and client check-ins.
Collaborate with on-ground sales reps to close new gym partner deals, using pitch decks and ROI case studies.
Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, churn, CLV) and report weekly performance to regional managers.
Act as the liaison between clients and product/engineering teams to translate feature requests into roadmap inputs.
Train current client success reps and maintain service excellence SOPs across the regional hub.





Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
Client onboarding workflows
Upselling and cross-selling techniques
KPI tracking and dashboard reporting
Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups)
Fitness industry familiarity (gym operations, membership models)
Communication scripts and objection handling
Contract administration and SLA management
Preferred
Experience with fitness tech SaaS products
Basic understanding of payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe)
Regional language proficiency (Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu)
