We’re hiring an HR Executive at Boomerang (Jaipur, in office).

We’re not looking for someone who just files paperwork. We want an HR who owns the office.

What you’ll do
Run recruitment end to end, from sourcing to closing candidates
Handle conflicts around the office calmly and fairly, even the uncomfortable ones
Keep the culture alive, including our Fun Fridays
Be the person the team trusts and comes to

Who you are
Bold and confident. You’re not afraid to have hard conversations or say no when needed
1 to 2 years of HR or recruitment experience
Ideally from a SaaS or IT company is preferred or else freshers can also apply.

What we offer
₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month, and we’ll go higher for the right profile
