Team Leader/ Assistant Manager – Inbound/OutboundLocation: Pune Camp | Job Type: Full time
Key ResponsibilitiesManage, coach, and motivate the team to achieve KPIs and targets.
Monitor productivity, quality, SLA, and customer satisfaction.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training.
Prepare performance reports and support process improvements.
RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in a call centre/customer service role.
Leadership/team-handling experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and call-centre tools.
