Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loans and other financial products.
Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, EMIs, and documentation requirements.
Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with the sales team.
Collect basic customer information and assist with the loan application process.
Maintain daily call reports and update customer details.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




Skills RequiredGood communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
Hindi communication is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-handling and convincing skills.
Freshers with a willingness to learn can apply.
