Job SummaryLogskim Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a sound understanding of HR practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Handle employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction processes.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely submission of attendance and payroll inputs.
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR-related concerns.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.




Coordinate performance appraisal activities and maintain employee performance records.
Ensure proper maintenance of HR documents and support statutory compliance activities.
Manage exit formalities, full and final settlement coordination, and employee separation documentation.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management-related reports as required.
Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Robust organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to handle confidential employee information.
Valuable problem-solving and employee-handling skills.
Eligibility CriteriaAny graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
Candidates with experience in staffing, recruitment, or consultancy environments will be preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
