Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments through phone calls and field visits.
Collect payments through approved company channels and provide receipts where applicable.
Maintain accurate records of collections, customer visits, and payment commitments.
Explain outstanding dues and repayment options to customers.
Identify reasons for payment delays and report cases requiring further action.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Follow company policies, applicable regulations, and ethical collection practices.




Required QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Experience in field collection, loan recovery, banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Basic smartphone and reporting application knowledge.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, depending on the role.
