Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Fabric Core Lead Engineer to design, develop, and lead enterprise-scale data engineering and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, Spark optimization, and technical team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Fabric Data Factory, Lakehouse, and Spark Notebooks.
Work with OneLake, Data Warehouse, Power BI, and Real-Time Intelligence.
Optimize SQL, PySpark, Spark workloads, and data pipelines.
Implement data modeling, data governance, security, and performance best practices.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers.




Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enterprise data modernization solutions.

Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Warehousing.
4+ years of experience with Azure Data Platform.
2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience.
Robust knowledge of SQL, Python, PySpark, and Spark optimization.
Experience with Lakehouse, OneLake, Fabric Pipelines, Notebooks, Data Warehouse, and Direct Lake.
Knowledge of Power BI, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT, and ADLS.
Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub and CI/CD.
Robust technical leadership and team mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills
Microsoft Fabric certification: DP-600 / DP-700.
Azure Data Engineer certification: DP-203.
Experience with Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Purview, or Azure AI Services.
