About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Analyst / Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage social media campaigns, build relationships with influencers, and analyse campaign performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through effective social media and influencer marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and YouTube.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
Identify, research, and onboard influencers aligned with the brand's target audience.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
Negotiate collaboration terms,



contracts, and campaign deliverables.
Track influencer performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Generate regular reports on key metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, impressions, reach, CTR, and conversions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Influencer Marketing.
Solid understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
Experience with influencer outreach and campaign management.
Knowledge of SEO, paid social media advertising, and content marketing.
Familiarity with tools such as:
Google Analytics
Meta Business Suite
Hootsuite
Sprout Social
Canva
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
