Leading and managing a team comprising of fresh and experienced graduates. Monitoring work, managing and inspiring the team to ensure deliverable meet necessary quality standards and agreed SLA’s.
Sharing knowledge, mentoring and coaching the team members.
Identification of issues/missing information and managing & tracking the open issues until resolved.
Taking the fieldwork ownership (audit evidence and documentation detail, drafting management letter points/communications) engagement economics activities like supporting budget/time variance explanations.
Maintaining the data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy by the team members.
Performance review of the team.
Review of the team’s work and to provide timely feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance.
Auditing complex sections of the financial statements of companies as per country specific statutory requirements
Apply innovative audit technology in the execution of the procedures.
Qualifications
This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA).
Work experience
1+ years years of relevant post qualification experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
FS Banking experience is must
Mandatory technical & functional skills In depth knowledge of external Audit for corporate and/or international clients.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work settings.
Preferred technical & functional skills
Proficiency/Working knowledge of Adobe Skilled would be an added advantage.
