Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon, Myntra & Flipkart seller portals.
Manage product listings, catalogues, titles, descriptions, images, pricing and inventory.
Monitor daily orders, sales, cancellations, returns, RTO and dispatches.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order processing.
Manage product pricing, offers, discounts and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace trends.
Track SKU-wise and marketplace-wise sales and prepare MIS reports.
Handle listing issues, account-related issues, marketplace tickets and product suppression.
Monitor inventory and coordinate for stock replenishment.
Coordinate with marketplace teams and internal departments.
Support marketplace advertising/PPC activities and sales growth.
