Monitor and analyze end-user device performance, applications, and network experiences using Nexthink.
Develop, customize, and maintain Nexthink dashboards, alerts, campaigns, and remote actions.
Identify and troubleshoot user and system performance issues across endpoints.
Perform proactive analysis to detect anomalies and prevent incidents.
Create automation scripts for Nexthink Remote Actions.
Collaborate with EUC, Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Application teams for issue remediation.
Design and implement Nexthink proactive use cases.
Support digital experience initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Provide insights and manage dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
Participate in Nexthink upgrades, integration, and platform maintenance.
Document processes, solutions, and knowledge base articles.

Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full time education
