Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Understand customers’ travel requirements, destinations, dates and budgets.
Search and compare flight fares to provide the best available deals.
Assist customers with domestic and international flight bookings, including Business Class and First Class tickets.
Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain positive customer relationships.
Explain ticket prices, baggage policies, cancellation rules and other booking details.
Maintain customer records, booking details and daily sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth booking experience.

Training: 1 Month

Salary & Incentives: ₹8,000 training stipend, ₹12,000 incentives as advertised, and performance incentives up to ₹15,000 per month, subject to applicable terms and targets.
