Job SummaryWe are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Team Lead – Telesales to lead and motivate a team of telesales executives, achieve sales targets, improve team productivity, and ensure excellent customer engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team performance, call quality, conversion rates, and productivity.
Develop sales strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue generation.
Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
Monitor outbound and inbound calls to ensure quality and adherence to company guidelines.
Track team KPIs, prepare performance reports, and share updates with management.
Handle escalated customer queries and resolve sales-related issues.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management and follow-ups.




Ensure proper CRM updates and accurate reporting of sales activities.
Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
