Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve business targets.
Drive business growth through customer acquisition and sales activities.
Monitor loan applications, documentation, and disbursement processes.
Ensure timely collection follow-ups and maintain portfolio quality.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and business partners.
Track team performance and prepare regular business reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, finance, banking, or NBFC.
Positive communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Ability to achieve sales and collection targets.
Solid customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the local market in Madhubani will be an advantage.
