Job Responsibilities:
Handle basic electrical repairs, including lights, switches, fans and fittings.
Perform minor plumbing work, including tap repairs, leakages and flush maintenance.
Carry out general property maintenance and minor repair work.
Attend to daily maintenance complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure all facilities are functioning properly.
Coordinate with specialised technicians for major repairs.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
ITI certification preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with practical technical knowledge may apply.
Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
