The Role

You will be the first point of contact for people who want to build something remarkable — a farmhouse, a resort cabin, a modular home. Your job is to qualify every inbound lead, understand their requirement, bring them to our Experience Centre, and guide them from enquiry to a signed order. This is a high-ticket sales role (₹10L–₹50L+ deals). We do not sell on price. We sell on quality, speed, and design.

What You Will Do
Handle inbound leads from Meta, Google, IndiaMart, and walk-ins across products — farmhouses, resorts, site offices, and residential
Qualify leads using structured discovery: budget, land readiness, timeline, and decision authority
Book and host Experience Centre visits at our Muthangi showroom




Follow up systematically over a 30 to 90-day sales cycle — calls, WhatsApp, site visits
Coordinate with our design and production team to prepare proposals and quotations
Achieve monthly targets for EC visits booked and orders closed
Maintain a clean CRM log of every lead interaction

What We Are Looking For
2–8 years of sales experience in real estate, construction materials, architechture, or any product with a ticket size above ₹1 lakh
Excellent communication in Telugu and Hindi — English is a plus
High energy, follow-up discipline, and a genuine interest in building and design
Comfortable making 40–60 WhatsApp/call touchpoints daily
Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
What We Offer
Fixed salary: ₹2.2L – ₹3.2L per annum (junior qualifier) | ₹5L – ₹7L (senior closer)
Commission on every deal closed — no cap
