Job Title: restaurant Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a responsible and organized Assistant Store Manager to support our restaurant store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily store operations.
Maintain stock records and inventory levels.
Receive and verify goods from suppliers.
Monitor stock movement, expiry dates, and wastage.
Coordinate with kitchen and purchase departments.
Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
Prepare daily stock reports and update records.
Ensure proper storage of food ingredients and materials.
Report shortages and discrepancies to the Store Manager.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: any degree,diploma,12th pass
Previous experience in store or inventory management is preferred.
Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Willingness to work in a restaurant workplace.

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
