Manage and guide the telecaller team on daily activities.
Assign leads and monitor team performance.
Make sure telecallers contact potential customers and follow up regularly.
Explain project details, plot availability, pricing, and offers to customers.
Arrange site visits for interested customers.
Monitor daily calls, lead generation, and follow-up reports.
Train team members to improve communication and calling skills.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and sales team to achieve targets.
