Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests, customers, and visitors professionally.
Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Manage visitor records, appointments, and walk-ins.
Address customer concerns and ensure proper follow-up.
Maintain a skilled and welcoming setting at the reception/customer area.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and customer-friendly personality.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Prior experience in real estate, hospitability or customer service will be preferred
