Job Overview
Appexigo is hiring Backend Operations Executives to support day-to-day operational activities in our Background Verification (BGV) processes. This role is suitable for freshers who prefer backend / non-voice work, involving data handling, documentation, and process execution.
Key Responsibilities
Perform backend operations related to background verification cases
Update and maintain case data, trackers, and internal systems
Verify documents and information as per defined SOPs
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality checks
Coordinate internally with quality and operations teams
Track case progress and support timely closure within TAT
Maintain strict confidentiality of client and candidate data
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate in any discipline
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, data entry, and email communication
Positive typing speed and attention to detail
Process-oriented and disciplined work approach
Willingness to learn backend operations in a corporate environment
Salary Package₹11K–₹15K In-hand
