Job DescriptionTHE FIXER LAB is looking for a confident, result-oriented Telecaller / Telesales Manager to handle customer enquiries, generate sales, follow up with leads, and convert potential customers into paying clients for our premium shoe cleaning, handbag restoration, and leather care services.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Follow up on leads from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
Convert enquiries into bookings and generate sales.
Explain services, pricing, offers, and membership plans to customers.
Maintain customer records and follow up on pending leads.
Build robust customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for customer pickups and deliveries.
Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer relationship management preferred.
Sales-oriented with a target-driven mindset.
Basic computer and CRM/Excel knowledge.
Fluency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.
Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹7000–₹17000 per month, depending on experience.
