Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
Industry Preference: We prefer candidates with experience in home hardware, sanitaryware, door fittings, plywood, architectural hardware, power tools, electrical goods, building materials, industrial hardware, or related industries.
Other Requirements: Must own a suitable vehicle, hold a valid driving licence, and be self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with regular field visits.
The candidate should be willing to travel regularly for customer visits and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and expand the dealer and distributor network.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities across the assigned territory.
Establish and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, customers, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, develop current accounts, and follow up on sales enquiries.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month.
Performance Incentives: Additional incentives based on sales performance.
Travel Allowance: Provided separately.
