Job Description:
Dhruv Tax Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for detail-oriented and motivated candidates to join our team for a non-voice backend process. The role involves reviewing client documents, processing information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting U.S. tax-related operations. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process client information and supporting documents.
Accurately enter, verify, and maintain data in internal systems.
Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Assist with U.S. tax-related backend processes as per company guidelines.
Identify missing or inconsistent information and coordinate with the relevant team for clarification.
Maintain proper documentation and client records.
Follow company procedures, quality standards,
and data confidentiality requirements.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.
Coordinate with Team Leads and Managers when required.
Requirements:
Education: B.Com / MBA or equivalent qualification.
Positive written English and basic communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, or taxation is an advantage.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
Willingness to learn U.S. tax processes and company-specific procedures.
Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
