Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
Transport: Nodal pick-up and home drop, subject to location eligibility
Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and denial management activities.
Follow up with insurance payers to resolve outstanding claims and payment issues.
Analyse EOBs, claim denials and outstanding insurance balances.
Identify reasons for delayed payments and work towards reducing AR ageing and denial rates.
Ensure process quality, turnaround time (TAT) and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (10+2+3).
1.6–5 years of relevant AR Calling experience.
Minimum 1 year of Hospital Billing (UB04) experience is mandatory.
Positive knowledge of US healthcare insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO and private payers.
Robust communication skills with a neutral American English accent.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving and MS Office skills.
