Role & responsibilities
Lead the establishment and growth of the in-house Design & Engineering Center for defense product development, starting with small arms and expanding into advanced defense systems.
Build engineering capabilities, processes, CAD/PLM systems, design standards, and recruit and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering team.
Drive the complete product development lifecycle from requirements, concept, design, prototyping, verification, and manufacturing transfer while improving existing products.
Develop future capabilities in mechanical, electronics, software, embedded systems, mechatronics, and systems engineering for programs such as RCWS and CUAS.
Preferred candidate profile
12+ years of product engineering experience with solid leadership, manufacturing knowledge, CAD expertise, and the ability to build a disciplined engineering organization
