Role: Genesys Developer

Experience Range: 6 to 12 Years

Location: Chennai,Bengaluru, Hyderabad

Must Have:

Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners
Core Genesys Platform Knowledge
IVR Design & Call Flow development including secure flow & bots
Robust understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads
ProblemSolving & Analytical Thinking
Collaboration, Communication & Teamwork

Good to Have:

Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners
Salesforce integration
Intent model designing

Essential:
Design clear, intuitive, and customerfriendly IVR call flows
Strong experience in Genesys Cloud CX
Support testers (e.g., Cyara teams) with flow clarity and edge cases
Support postproduction incidents and rootcause analysis
Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver top notch code

Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full time education
Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
