We’re Hiring: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Cornerstone Rehab Services | Bengaluru, Karnataka Are you passionate about supporting children’s communication, language development and participation? Join our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team at Cornerstone Therapy Solutions. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to work with children with diverse communication and developmental needs in a cooperative, family-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language and communication assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
Provide evidence-informed therapy to support children’s communication, language, speech and social communication skills.
Develop individualized goals and document progress through session notes, reports and periodic reviews.
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support generalization of skills at home and in everyday environments.




Work closely with occupational therapists and other specialists as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Participate in parent consultations, team discussions and professional development activities. Qualifications
BASLP or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech and Hearing, as applicable to professional eligibility.
Relevant qualified registration, where required.
Strong communication, clinical documentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience in pediatric therapy is preferred. Freshers with a solid interest in pediatric practice may also apply.
