An HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within an organization. They work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Post job openings on job portals, company websites, and social media.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview results and job offers.
Handle onboarding processes for current employees.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organizational and time management abilities

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
