About the Role
Human resources are an important part of the work culture of an organization. As an HR Intern, you will help create engagement practices that improve intern performance and morale, and work with the executive team on goals and status updates.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit Research and Promotions Interns as per the recruiting guidelines from your university or college
Implement intern engagement practices to improve morale




⁠Strategize with the executive on weekly and monthly goals related to intern performance
Update the performance records of Research and Promotions Interns in the Google Sheets in the group description
Conduct various activities to increase the morale of the interns
Build a robust network within your college Skills Required
