This is an independent consulting role with Our client, a leading FMCG company, is seeking to engage a Recruitment Consultant to help with:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, candidate assessments, interview coordination, and offer management.
Handle high-volume hiring requirements while meeting recruitment targets and turnaround timelines.
Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business needs.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing tools to build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Demonstrate robust communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving,
and candidate engagement skills.
Maintain recruitment MIS, track hiring progress, and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
Identify prospects for continuous improvement in recruitment processes and systems.
Added advantage: Understanding of local talent markets across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Madhya Pradesh.
Implement continuous improvement ideas for recruitment processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
