Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Executive to manage order dispatch planning, coordinate with e-commerce platforms, logistics partners, and warehouse teams, and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Amazon, Blinkit, and Flipkart teams for purchase orders, delivery appointments, dispatch schedules, and delivery-related issues.
Coordinate with courier and transport partners for vehicle arrangements, shipment tracking, and timely deliveries.
Work on the company ERP system for order processing, dispatch planning, and shipment updates.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for order picking, packing, invoicing, and dispatch readiness.
Track shipments and follow up on delays, delivery failures, appointment issues, and pending deliveries.
Maintain dispatch records, delivery proofs, and shipment status reports.




Ensure timely communication between the warehouse, logistics partners, and e-commerce platforms.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or e-commerce operations preferred.
Working knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Blinkit operations will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders and meet dispatch deadlines.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
