Doctor on Duty (DOD) / Resident Medical Officer (RMO)
Qualification
MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
Valid Medical Council Registration.
Experience
Freshers and experienced MBBS doctors may apply.
Hospital experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to patients in the emergency department and inpatient wards.
Assess patients and provide appropriate initial medical management.
Monitor admitted patients and review their clinical condition.
Recognize medical emergencies and initiate timely treatment.
Coordinate with consultants and specialists regarding patient care.
Monitor vital signs and maintain patient treatment records.
Ensure proper patient handover between shifts.
Follow hospital protocols,
infection control and patient safety standards.
Candidate Profile
Valuable clinical assessment and patient-management skills.
Ability to respond promptly to emergencies.
Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsible, disciplined and patient-focused approach.
Willingness to work in a multispeciality hospital in Samastipur.
