Job Title: Department Store Executive
Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

Department Operations
Oversee the daily operations of the assigned department to ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure shelves and displays are well stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Maintain store standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and product presentation.

Customer Experience
Ensure customers receive a premium and personalized shopping experience.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a skilled manner.
Support customers in selecting gourmet food and specialty products.

Inventory & Quality Management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse or procurement team for replenishment.
Ensure proper FIFO / FEFO practices are followed.
Conduct regular expiry checks and quality inspections of products.

Sales & Performance
Track department sales performance and work towards achieving targets.




Suggest promotions, product placements, and merchandising ideas to increase sales.
Maintain department reports and operational records.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or Graduation in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Retail Management preferred.
1–3 years of experience in retail, food retail, or hospitality operations.
Experience in team supervision or department handling will be an advantage.
