Key Responsibilities
• Research prospective clients and identify recent business opportunities in the US IT staffing market.
• Reach out to prospects through emails, and LinkedIn.
• Understand client staffing needs and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate lead and outreach records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and business development. What We’re Looking For
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confidence in initiating conversations and building skilled relationships.
• Willingness to learn US IT staffing concepts, prospecting, and sales processes.
• A proactive attitude and comfort working toward sales goals.
• 0–1 year of experience; exposure to sales, business development, or IT staffing is a plus.
