Gold Loan Executive

Role overview:

We’re looking for a customer-focused Gold Loan Executive to assist

customers with gold loan enquiries and applications, explain loan

terms, and support them throughout the loan process.

Key responsibilities:
Meet prospective customers and understand their loan

requirements.
Explain gold loan products, eligibility, interest rates, charges,

and repayment options.
Guide customers through the application process and collect

required documents.
Coordinate gold appraisal and verification in line with company

procedures.
Follow up on applications and keep customers informed about

their status.
Support repayments, renewals, and customer queries.
Build relationships with customers and work toward assigned

business targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records while following





company policies.

Preferred skills:
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Experience in gold loans, banking, or finance.
Ability to explain loan terms clearly and follow up with

customers.
Basic computer and record-keeping skills.

Eligibility:

MBA or undergraduate degree in any discipline, with at least 6

months of experience in gold loans, banking, or finance.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, with performance-based

incentives.

Gender: Male and female

Location: Coimbatore

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
