We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate/Lawyer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling legal documentation, agreement drafting, NCLT-related matters, and general corporate/legal work.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and assist with NCLT matters and proceedings
Draft, review, and modify various legal agreements and contracts
Prepare legal notices, applications, petitions, replies, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws, rules, and case laws
Assist senior lawyers in legal matters and documentation
Coordinate with clients, advocates, and other stakeholders when required
Maintain proper records of legal documents and case-related information
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all legal documentation
Handle other day-to-day legal and corporate assignments
Requirements
LLB/LLM from a recognized university
Knowledge of NCLT proceedings and corporate law preferred
Positive understanding of agreement drafting and legal documentation
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Positive written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as with a team

What We Offer
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills
Full time, work-from-office position
