Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer communication, follow-ups, and coordination with different teams.
Day-to-Day Work
Respond to customer enquiries and provide necessary information.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with sales, service, and HR teams.
Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
Update daily information using MS Excel.
Assist with customer-related sales activities.
What We Need
Plus Two / Any Degree.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
