You will call people who enquired through our Facebook and Instagram ads. Your main goal is to get interested families to visit the site.

What you will do
Call current leads within minutes of the enquiry coming in
Explain the project, plot sizes, prices and EMI options clearly in Tamil
Book site visits on our free Sunday pickup and confirm them the day before and on the morning of the visit
Follow up on leads who don’t answer and those who are still deciding, by phone and WhatsApp
Update every call, site visit and outcome in Google Sheets each day
Share a daily report of interested leads with management
Maintain the company's social media pages (posting and responding to comments)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
