Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to streamline workflow and resource utilization.
Assist in implementing SOPs, hospital policies, and compliance protocols.
Support in audits, quality assurance activities, and accreditation processes (NABH).
Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics; prepare reports for management.
Manage patient flow, TATs, discharge process, and overall patient experience.
Liaise with vendors, facility management teams, and support services to maintain operational continuity.
