Principal Tasks & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy & Implementation Execute brand strategies and marketing campaigns as per corporate directives. Oversee line extensions and portfolio growth for assigned therapy segments. 2. Field Force Enablement Support training of sales teams on brand messaging and promotional campaigns. Monitor field-level campaign execution and ensure corrective actions where necessary. 3. Market & KOL Insights Track competitor activity and market trends to guide strategy. Support KOL engagement programs in line with VP strategy. 4. Team Leadership Manage DGMs and marketing managers in assigned regions/therapies. Mentor and develop talent for career progression and succession planning. 5. Budget & Reporting Monitor marketing spend and ensure ROI on campaigns. Generate performance reports, market insights, and recommendations for VP.
