A. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall planning, organizing and controlling of all lab operations.
Final authority for TAT monitoring, critical value reporting and report release escalation.
Implementation and monitoring of NABL ISO 15189:2022 QMS across all departments.
Approval of SOPs, Method Validations, Equipment Qualifications and Master Documents.
Financial planning - budgeting, cost control, vendor negotiation, AMC/CMC.
Recruitment, training, rostering, and annual performance appraisal of staff.
Conduct Management Review Meetings (MRM) and handle internal/external audits.
Business development - tie-up with doctors, hospitals, camps and corporate.
Handle reliable complaints, medico-legal issues and corrective actions.
Ensure 100% statutory compliance - BMW, PNDT, Fire, Lab License.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
